Motions and votes: the clerk recorded roll-call votes for the motions establishing, placing and approving the consent agenda; all recorded responses were 'Aye.' The trustee who moved the omnibus approval and the trustee who seconded it were recorded during the meeting; the consent agenda passed by unanimous roll-call vote.
What the approvals mean: the GIS contract will allow the village to continue shared geographic information services (contract cap $174,649). The tree-trimming contract funds scheduled maintenance and safety pruning at $34,000. The school-resource-officer resolution authorizes the village to execute an intergovernmental agreement with Glenbard Township High School District 87 to provide a school resource officer and to develop reciprocal-reporting guidelines.
