Fremont County commissioners approve consent agenda: minutes, bills, Title 25 payments and three resolutions

Fremont County commissioners approved a routine consent agenda that included the Nov. 18 minutes, payment of county bills and multiple Title 25 vendor payments, and three separate resolutions.
Under the bills motion, the board approved Title 25 vendor payments listed on the agenda: Full Transportation Assistance for $1,214.04; Fremont County Counseling Service for $2,400; Wild Pete Counseling Center for $4,875; and Wyoming Behavioral Institute for $13,572. The motion to pay bills was moved, seconded and approved by voice vote.
Commissioners also adopted Resolution 2025‑16 to appoint a special prosecutor. The board approved Resolution 2025‑17 to vacate a portion of County Road 509 (Deer Creek Road) and Resolution 2025‑18 to establish County Road 35 as Leesburg Avenue and Mason Drive. Each resolution was moved, seconded and adopted by voice vote.
A related title was a quick-claim deed presented to convey remaining interest in a vacated portion of Deer Creek Road from parties listed in the file to RB Keith Branch LLC; commissioners approved acceptance of that conveyance as part of routine business.
What happens next: The county will process payments, file the adopted resolutions and record the conveyance as appropriate. The agenda motions were routine and carried by voice vote across the consent items.
