Story County recognizes two longtime auditor’s office employees at Dec. 9 meeting

Family members spoke in tribute. Lieutenant Quinn (identified in the transcript as Kevin Norris’s eldest child and a lieutenant with the Story County Sheriff's Office) said she was proud of her father’s work and service, including military deployments. The board announced retirement recognitions open to the public: Kevin Norris’s reception will be held the coming Friday from 1 to 4 p.m. in the public meeting room (with Zoom links available), and Rhonda Skikes’s recognition is scheduled for Dec. 19 from 1 to 4 p.m. in the same room.
Auditor Martin and the board thanked both employees for their service; no personnel actions were taken at the meeting regarding their replacements.
