The board approved Resolution 25‑0903C to designate the intersection of Weeping Willow and Honeysuckle Lane as a four‑way stop following a resident request and consultation with the county engineer’s office. Staff said the action is primarily a technical cleanup because the intersection already functions as a four‑way crossing of public routes; trustees voted to erect stop signs at the intersection.
Trustees also adopted Resolution 25‑0903D, authorizing the private sale of unneeded and unfit-for-use property from the police department (a vehicle). The motion passed by voice vote.
On personnel, trustees approved amendments to the Hamilton Township roster. Township staff said they will begin a promotion process to fill a sergeant vacancy while the current sergeant is recovering.
