County staff explained the J & T Towing contract will support towing, storage and auction services for sheriff's office needs, including narcotics-unit tows and abandoned vehicles; the contract is revenue-generating.
The three items were taken together on a single motion and approved; Commissioner Peterson Mayberry recorded an abstention on item 3 (J & T Towing).
