Roads update: several county roads reopening after storm; Wolford slope stable, county to reinstall delineators as needed

Staff said they will reinstall delineators where they have disappeared and continue to monitor the site. A commissioner asked about adding fog lines or other low-cost markers in dark, rainy conditions; staff asked the commissioner to provide specific locations for follow-up.
