District staff provided a status update on BusRite deployment and data integration tasks.

Board members reported that all five Walden/Waldenborough buses have been enrolled in BusRite. Staff cautioned that the platform’s effectiveness depends on accurate and complete data from Infinite Campus; Sarah has been leading data preparation and Cooper Beller has worked on Scribe integration tasks. The board thanked those staff for heavy lifting on the rollout and asked whether there were further questions; no substantive obstacles beyond data work were reported.

Next steps: staff will continue to work on parent applications and data transfer so that BusRite functions fully for families; the board will monitor rollout progress.
