The Plain Planning & Zoning Commission voted to approve final plats for the American Reserve development, clearing two sub-area phases for the next step in the approval process.
Mister Hutchinson introduced the items as the final plats for Sub Area C — Phase 3 (PC-25-6) and Phase 4 (PC-25-7) — and said the developer expects home construction to begin early next year. He noted these were the last two plats for the Arbor portion of the project and that approval at this meeting advances the plats to the city council for a resolution and final passage.
After a short staff explanation and no requested changes from commissioners, a motion to approve PC-25-6 was made and seconded; the commission voted to approve the final plat. The commission then moved on to PC-25-7, confirmed no changes were required, and approved that final plat as well. Both motions passed by affirmative voice vote.
The applicant for the Phase 3 plat was identified as Tyler Jackson; Chase, a representative with Arbor, was present for the applicant. The approvals mean the plats will be transmitted to council for a formal resolution to complete the municipal approval process.
There were no substantive public comments or discussion items attached to the plats at the meeting. The commission chair closed new business after the approvals and adjourned the session.
