Board members asked about the quantity of reclaimed wood available and cautioned against overpromising decorative uses; the applicant said they would limit reclaiming to elements that their structural assessment confirmed were salvageable and reusable. Staff confirmed the matter will return to commission for additional discussion in December, and the board moved and approved the project subject to conditions enumerated in the draft order.
