The board opened the public hearing, heard no public opposition, and a motion to adopt the ordinance passed on roll-call vote. The rezoning allows single-family homes by right under R-10S and requires special-use permits for many nonresidential uses that remain conditional under the new zoning.
No conditions or amendments were attached to the board’s action at the meeting.
