The St. Louis Park City Council on Nov. 24 approved an on-sale intoxicating liquor license with Sunday sales for Rosalia LLC, which plans to operate as Rosalia Texatanka at 8028 Minnetonka Boulevard.
Deputy City Clerk Amanda Scott Bridal reviewed the application, which describes the location as a 4,360-square-foot full-service pizza and pasta restaurant with approximately 75 indoor and 72 outdoor seats. The application named Daniel Jorge Del Prado as an owner and on-site manager, along with Wardwell Johnson and Edward Landenberger. The Police Department completed a background investigation and found nothing to warrant denial; zoning and building reviews were also satisfactory.
With no members of the public testifying, a council member moved approval, a second was offered, and the council passed the motion by voice vote.
The council opened and closed the required public hearing for the license during the meeting and approved the application. The city clerk’s office will proceed with the licensing steps spelled out in the staff report.
