At a Dec. 11 special meeting, the South Lebanon City Council held the second reading and adopted Ordinance 2025-27, establishing permanent appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the period Jan. 1, 2026 through Dec. 31, 2026.

Brenda Combs made the motion to adopt the ordinance by title only; an unidentified councilmember seconded the motion. The presiding officer called the roll and members voted in favor: Allen, Combs, Federer, Harrison and Spicer all voted "Yay." The presiding officer announced, "Motion carries."

The ordinance was adopted on second reading by unanimous vote (5-0). After that action, the council moved to adjourn and the meeting was closed.
