City planning staff told the council on Nov. 5 that two sizable rezoning applications are under review and will require upcoming public hearings.
"The first being the Prudent Lake Prince development," Kevin Wine, director of planning and community development, said in a presentation outlining the two applications. Wine described Prudent Lake Prince as an approximately 80-acre site at Lake Prince and Prudent Boulevard proposed to be rezoned from rural estate (RE) to a split zoning of B-2 (front 13.5 acres) and RM (about 66 acres) to allow a residential medium development.
