The council also authorized a one‑year, $25,470 website design and maintenance contract with Granicus; approved a recruitment-marketing services pilot with All Star Talent Inc. to support police lateral hires and dashboard integration; and approved annual AFIS fingerprint-system maintenance with NEC Corporation of America for $4,995.50.
