The board also scheduled a joint Board of Public Safety and City Council meeting for Monday, Dec. 15 at 06:30 for a presentation on the proposed public‑safety complex, and the chair noted a budget memo had been distributed to department heads. A motion to adjourn passed on a voice vote to close the meeting.
