Members of the Michelle Ford Regional High School building committee began the meeting after a site tour and described visible progress. Chair (Speaker 1) said the spaces and pedagogical design are taking shape and several members called the change from the existing school "dramatic." Speaker 3, representing the contractor team, estimated the project to be "probably, like, 25, 30 percent" complete on both schedule and dollars.

Speaker 3 said interior framing will be completed by summer and that winter work will focus on interior finishes and exterior facade work: metal panels are being installed on the east side and thin stone masonry veneer at the loading dock will start in the coming weeks with tents and heat to permit work through cold weather. Skanska (Speaker 9) reported ongoing on-site field staff presence, third-party testing and commissioning activities and a USBA visit planned for January.

Committee members agreed to periodic walk-throughs timed to construction milestones rather than purely calendared visits. The committee also noted website photo updates and archival materials will be posted to the district's building committee page.
