Richland 1 board elects 2026 officers, adopts committee policy and approves personnel actions in executive session

Elections: Following the board’s procedure under policy BD, Commissioners nominated and, by unanimous consent, elected Robert Lomenak as chair for the 2026 calendar year. Commissioner Weston was reappointed vice chair and Commissioner Erica Hersey was elected secretary-treasurer, both by unanimous consent.
