DAVIS — The Davis Conservation Commission on Dec. 11 continued an after-the-fact Notice of Intent (NOI) for 80 Water Street (DEP file 14-1433) after hearing from the applicant’s representative about three separate, retroactive actions on a 4,777-square-foot lot beside the Crane River.
David Cowell, a wetland scientist with Hancock Associates representing property owner Peter McKinnon, told the commission the filing covers: in-kind repairs to a damaged stone-and-mortar retaining wall, demolition of a noncompliant shed and a proposal for a new, smaller shed (119 square feet) that meets Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) footprint…
