Given the long-standing nature and modest scale of the addition, the board expressed general support for the as-built condition but requested higher-quality photos (drone or ground-level) and clearer plans for the carport/turnaround before administrative approval at consent. The board moved to continue the item indefinitely to the consent calendar.
