City honors retiring City Attorney Sarah Knecht

Knecht thanked colleagues and staff and said she was ‘‘confident that I’m leaving the city attorney’s office in excellent hands.’’ Councilmembers and staff offered personal remarks and gratitude. The ceremony concluded without formal action.
