Blythe said city clerk staff will assist and that each board is asked to have at least one staff member and one or more board members present for the open house, which will be held at the East Boulder Community Center (time was posted in chat as 4:00–6:30 p.m.). The board encouraged members to volunteer for representation at the event and noted that the recruitment schedule this year is accelerated compared with previous cycles.
