The committee’s presenter said the evening will begin with a short presentation and a 20-minute questions-and-answers period focused on factual questions about the site, followed by small-group discussions (about 30 minutes), a 5–10 minute share-out and brief closing remarks. "If it's answerable, right, then it makes sense," one committee member said when discussing whether to answer factual questions during the meeting; otherwise, staff will take comments back and provide follow-up.
