Late in the Dec. 17, 2025 meeting the Boulder Beverage Licensing Authority began agenda item 10 (Logan’s Espresso Cafe) when several members lost internet or power amid an extreme wind event. Licensing staff and counsel reported multiple attendees at the Brenton Building and board members were disconnected or on low‑bandwidth cell phones.

Roberto advised a short recess to allow reconnecting, but the authority ultimately lacked a quorum. Licensing staff told attendees the remaining hearings would be continued to the next meeting and committed to contacting applicants and participants to reschedule. The chair thanked participants, closed the meeting, and staff said they would reach out first thing the next day with next steps.

No new actions or votes were taken on the items that had not been heard due to the interruption.
