Milford said the Station 7 work could be funded through SPA 6 and SPA 7.
Troy Lee explained concrete deterioration at Station 7 from freeze-thaw cycles and sinking transition points at Station 8 caused by vehicle weight and aging materials, which motivated bidding both projects. Staff explicitly recommended the 8-inch concrete apron for Station 7 as the preferred depth based on durability.
