Matt Ford, who gave the address 4644 Walker Boulevard, appeared before the board as the applicant. Staff noted that the Certificate of Occupancy and health-department approval were still outstanding. "We do still need the certificate of occupancy and health department approval," Mr. Byrd said while reviewing the file.
The board moved to approve the application pending the required documentation; the motion was seconded and approved by voice vote, with the chair announcing, "Ayes have it." The chair and staff offered to connect the applicant with building-department staff and with Mr. Johnson or Mr. Byrd for assistance navigating permits and inspections.
The board recorded no public comments and no roll-call votes during the discussion. The permit will be finalized once the applicant produces the Certificate of Occupancy and health-department approvals and submits any additional required materials to the business tax office.
