Planning commission thanks departing member Randy Davis and welcomes Jack Eaton

Multiple commissioners and members of the public offered brief remarks of appreciation. Later in the meeting the chair announced that Jack Eaton has joined the Planning Commission; Eaton spoke briefly, saying he was "glad to be here" and thanked the city council for the appointment.
The recognition and appointment were procedural/ceremonial and did not require a formal recorded vote in the Planning Commission minutes at the meeting.
