San Gabriel adopts 2025 building and fire codes with local amendments

Staff recommended approval because if local amendments are not adopted the statewide published codes automatically take effect in the city. No public commenters addressed the council on this item, and no council members raised factual questions. A motion to adopt the ordinance was seconded and passed on a unanimous vote recorded as 5–0.
