The Government Operations & Regulations committee voted unanimously to approve RS20251686, exempting Lost and Found at 3104 Gallatin Pike from the Metropolitan Code minimum-distance requirement to obtain a beer permit.
The resolution, read by the presiding member (Speaker 1), cited Metropolitan Code section 7.08.090(e) as the authority for minimum-distance exemptions.
