The contract was authorized for award and the estimated construction start date is April 2026.
Council approved Resolution 33‑25 by voice vote after staff described the bid verification process and construction scope. The council discussion included questions about the precise location of work and confirmation that the corrected bid amount remained the low responsive bid.
