Budget amendments and payment of bills: Finance staff presented year‑end budget amendments, which the court approved. The clerk reported fiscal‑year 2025 bills totaling $303,513.90 and the court voted to approve payment of those bills; the readback on the floor included an apparent transcription/readback error when the amount was misread aloud, but the approved amount in the record is $303,513.90.
Final replat: Commissioners approved a final replat for Porter Bluffs Estates that divides Lot 43 into four one‑acre tracts (Lots 43R‑1 through 43R‑4) for filing purposes only.
