Each ordinance was moved for second reading and the motions carried.
Following legislative items, Council President Albertson moved (seconded by Council Member Prince) to recess into executive session for approximately 30 minutes to discuss potential litigation pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(1)(i). The motion stated no official action would be taken and the council would adjourn after the executive session. The motion carried and the meeting was recessed.

Each ordinance will return on the agenda for second and final reading at the next council meeting; the executive session was scheduled for approximately 30 minutes with adjournment to follow.
