Highlights included a minor site plan approval for a Mueller Road subdivision that splits a 30‑acre property into three lots; approval for an Old Dominion Freight Line terminal (23,000 square feet, with room to add 16,000 square feet) just north of the I‑95 overpass on Kings Highway with access to the new Road G; a 38,500 square foot industrial flex building with 356,000 square feet of outdoor staging along Glades Cutoff; a 5,000 square‑foot addition for Grace Emanuel Church for a youth sanctuary and classrooms; a 9,900 square foot warehouse in the Kings Highway Industrial Park; and approval to rebuild a hangar at Treasure Coast International Airport that Hurricane Milton destroyed.
Balcer said approvals complied with applicable zoning and site‑plan standards and noted road and utility improvements in the Jenkins Road area that support industrial and freight investment. Commissioners asked clarifying questions about the Old Dominion Freight Line site's location; Balcer confirmed it is east of Kings Highway just north of the I‑95 overpass and will access Road G.
