Board approves routine claims, personnel actions, agreements and indigent cases

The Ada County Board of Commissioners completed a slate of routine administrative business, approving multiple operational items on the meeting agenda.
The board authorized payment of the claims journal dated Nov. 14, 2025, approved revised personnel actions (and asked the clerk to add clearer budgeted authority and yearly salary columns and explanatory notes for position change notices), and accepted indigent services recommendations listed on the summary dated Nov. 18, 2025. The clerk said staff will provide a separate spreadsheet showing office‑level rolling totals for salary savings and will add explanatory notes to PCNs where money was moved between positions.
The board also approved agreements for Expo Idaho and the Barber Park Education and Events Center, then authorized eight additional GRAMA‑related agreements (mostly amendments and one renewal) as listed on the agenda. Minutes for the Nov. 4 meeting and the juvenile justice annual financial report (10/01/2024–09/30/2025) were authorized for chair signature.
