Councilman Dowd reminded residents that property owners are responsible for clearing sidewalks and crosswalks to accommodate people who use electric wheelchairs. Mayor Racy reported a successful veterans turkey-giveaway and meal, saying "over 400 vets in Wayne and Wesleyan were provided with a meal and turkey this year."
