At Snowdon Elementary, trimming and parking-lot realignment were completed to improve access and reduce obstruction to solar arrays; new gates and cement work were noted at Hester.
Board members asked about the sources of water intrusion and the scope of repairs; staff explained causes (sprinkler penetration, leaks behind hand-wash stations) and described recent repairs (sealing, removing rotted material, repainting) plus plans to obtain contractor bids and ensure DSA/ADA compliance for modifications.
No immediate vote was required for the facility status report, which was presented for information and to guide upcoming contracting and repair work.
