The council approved the clerk’s final-reading package (Ordinance 2025-29 through 2025-40) on a voice vote after a motion by Councilman Dow and a second by Councilman Fuchschler. Among the first-reading items announced earlier were: an agreement with North Star Industries for pump repairs for the wastewater maintenance department; a one-year extension for auctioneer services; an annual maintenance agreement with Tyler Technologies ($279,608.94); purchase of 2,131 Neptune meters ($678,068.52); and a contract with Sigma Tactical Wellness for sworn-officer wellness services…
