The Board of Zoning Appeals opened its meeting, confirmed a quorum and approved the minutes from the prior session by voice vote.
Members then nominated and voted to retain Kenneth Nussi as the board’s president for the coming year. An unidentified member moved "to retain Kenneth Nussi as president," and members responded "aye" on the voice vote. Randy Waltz was nominated and approved as vice president in the same series of motions. A nomination for "Missus Howard" was also made and carried by voice vote as recorded on the meeting record.
The moderator administered the oath to anyone planning to testify during the public hearing portion of the meeting. After conducting officer elections and handling initial procedural business, the board moved to public hearings on variances and later adjourned after approving all agenda items.
The board scheduled or was notified of one application expected to return in February (a date mentioned as February 19). A motion to adjourn was offered, seconded and approved by voice vote.
