At the Dec. 16 meeting the Planning Commission received reports from the Technical Review Committee on several projects and a petition continuance.
Staff said the Oct. 23 TRC reviewed a proposed parking-lot expansion and drainage improvements at Victory Christian Church (1720 North Graham Road). The committee also reviewed a planned Indian American Water Company pump-station installation that was initially proposed for Nineveh Street but has been reassessed and will be relocated to an existing facility on Sloane Drive, requiring additional equipment and a truck turnaround.
Staff reported that at the Nov. 20 meeting TRC members reviewed the Barker Lane annexation and rezoning petition submitted by Arbor Homes for the northeast corner of Barker Lane and County Road 75 South. That property had previously been considered by the commission and forwarded to City Council but did not advance through council for lack of an approved fiscal plan. The petitioner requested a continuance and staff said the item is continued to Jan. 20 to allow the applicant time to gather revised fiscal documentation; notices to required parties were re-sent.
No formal action was taken by the Planning Commission at this meeting on these TRC items other than to note the continuance for the Barker Lane petition.
