Capital‑projects manager Mark Petrone described the skate‑park improvement as a four‑tier ADA‑compliant bleacher with a cantilevered shade, funded in the parks master‑plan budget. Staff recommended three contracts (site work, bleachers/shade supply and installation) and the council authorized the city manager to execute the contracts, with a total project cost of approximately $101,496.
Finance Director Keith Smith presented the fixed‑asset disposal report for the fiscal year ending Sept. 30, 2025: 17 assets disposed, two sold for a net gain of about $10,000, the remainder retired with no net book value. Council approved the disposal listing.
Public‑works staff recommended purchasing Accruent’s CMMS to manage water‑plant inventory, equipment records and preventive‑maintenance schedules. The initial implementation and license cost is $35,710; ongoing annual renewal was quoted at roughly $15,006. Council authorized the city manager to execute the agreement.
All three action items passed on recorded votes; staff said funding is available in the current budgets for the projects and software.
