HAMMOND — The Hammond City Capital Improvement Board on the evening of the meeting approved three funding allocations to support infrastructure and pedestrian safety projects and received a quarterly budget update.
Chair opened the meeting with roll call and the board approved minutes from Nov. 3, 2025, after Commissioner Muda moved to approve and Commissioner Moore seconded; the motion passed on a 6-0 roll-call vote. Commissioner Moore then reported the fourth-quarter budget, saying, “We received the fourth quarter budget. It's about 1,970,000.00,” and noted unallocated funds of about 2.16 that will roll into next year if unspent.
