Kasman recommended corrective actions (repaint, replace damaged trim and blocks, repair roofing elements, repair or remove damaged fence sections, and remove appliances/furniture from outdoors) and requested compliance by Dec. 19, 2025, or fines of $150 per day per violation. No property representative appeared. The board found the respondent in violation, entered the order with the December compliance date, and reserved the city’s lien and fine remedies for continued noncompliance.
