PURA designates hearing officers for multiple dockets and removes one agenda item

During the meeting the panel approved consent actions designating presiding or hearing officers for two grouped lists of dockets. The Authority moved and seconded designations for items 1–80 in section B and items 1–23 in section C and confirmed the panel assignments.
Chairman Tom Weil corrected the agenda earlier in the meeting to remove item 4 (docket 250510, application of Sustainable Energy Services for an electric aggregator certificate of registration) from today's calendar; that item will not be acted on at this meeting. The panel also corrected one item to designate staff attorney Elizabeth Tanaka as hearing officer for a specific docket identified in the agenda.
The panel adjourned and scheduled its next regular meeting for Wednesday, Dec. 17, 2025, at 9 a.m. via remote teleconference.
