The IHL Health Affairs Committee convened after the IHL board's special meeting; Trustee Arrington recused herself from the committee proceeding and Doctor Cunningham called the committee to order.

Bridget conducted a roll call for committee members; the committee made a motion to close the meeting to determine the need for an executive session, seconded and approved by roll call. Committee members were instructed that anyone not needed for the executive session should leave or disconnect.

Following the executive-session determination, the committee voted to adjourn. Doctor Cunningham closed the committee with holiday remarks; the meeting will resume after the holidays, according to remarks recorded at adjournment.
