The Town of Loxahatchee Groves' special magistrate on Dec. 1, 2025 found PBP Investment LLC in violation of ULDC section 20‑010(b)(2) after town staff documented a section of fence in disrepair at 392 F Road. Code compliance officer John Suarez said the notice of violation was posted Oct. 16, 2025 and the town attempted but did not reach the property owner.
Suarez recommended the owner repair or remove the fence by Dec. 15, 2025, or face a daily fine of $150; he also recommended administrative costs of $234.05. Magistrate Amity Barnard confirmed service by affidavit and USPS delivery confirmation, entered the town's case file into evidence without objection, and found the respondent in violation. Barnard ordered compliance by Dec. 15 or $150 per day will be assessed and scheduled a fine assessment hearing for Jan. 5, 2026.
Barnard instructed the town to post the signed order on the property in addition to certified mail.
