Ada County tables RFP 26014 after procurement reports six proposals

Procurement staff told the Board of Commissioners on Dec. 9 that the county received six proposals for RFP 26014. The proposers listed were Carb USA LLC; Clean Harbors; Clear Technologies LLC; Intera Global; American Technology; and MB Technologies.
Staff recommended additional time to review and evaluate the proposals. A motion to table the award of RFP 26014 to the Dec. 23, 2025 open business meeting was moved, seconded and carried by voice vote.
Why it matters: tabling the award delays a final vendor selection and gives staff additional time to complete scoring and produce a final recommendation to the board.
What’s next: procurement will return with a final ranking and award recommendation on Dec. 23, 2025.
