Staff described Lindholm as a long-serving participant since the early 1990s who served on the executive board and continued to engage as an alternate in later years. Commissioners remembered his presence and thoughtful questions and noted he played a role in revisions to the host-town agreement.
The board offered condolences and moved on to other business.
