The meeting opened at 3:35 p.m. The chair asked for a motion to approve the minutes from Nov. 20; Speaker 2 moved and a second was recorded. The chair called for voice votes; the minutes were approved with no opposition recorded on the transcript.

The commission then approved the month’s claims after a motion by Speaker 3 and a second. The chair again called for a voice vote; the claims were approved. Commissioners next considered proposed meeting dates for 2026; Speaker 2 moved approval, a second was recorded and the schedule was adopted by voice vote.
