Smyrna outlines pothole repairs, Rosemont resurfacing and leaf-pickup rules

The town’s announcement did not include a timeline for any remaining state work or whether further local coordination is needed.
Residents were reminded of curbside rules for seasonal collection: “All leaves must be placed in brown, biodegradable lawn and leaf bags to ensure proper collection and disposal,” the speaker said. The town directed residents to its online project tracker for details and updates, saying, “for a complete list of all current projects in the town of Smyrna, just head to townofsmyrna.org, click on project trackers, and you'll see everything that's happening right now.”
No motions, votes or formal council actions were recorded in the announcement. The speaker closed by thanking residents “for your cooperation and patience as we work to maintain and improve our community's infrastructure.”
