Associate Planner Richard Garcia told the commission the project consists of a roughly 58,938 square‑foot industrial building on two parcels (APNs 7316025079 and 7316025080), consistent with the general plan and MLD (Manufacturing Light) zoning. Garcia said the site previously held a two‑story office building that had been vacant since 2019 and "has since been demolished," and recommended the commission find a categorical exemption under CEQA guideline section 15332. "The proposed project is a development of a 58,938 square foot light industrial building," Garcia said during his presentation.
