The Carson Planning Commission continued review of Site Plan and Design Review No. 1959‑24, a proposal for eight detached residences on a 0.96‑acre lot at 21135½ Bolsa Street, and directed the applicant and staff to hold a community meeting and produce a traffic study before the item returns to the commission.
